Authority Clearance Path

  1. Identify filing. Authority, insurance, UCR, MCS-150, or portal access issue is opened.
  2. Name owner. Compliance owner, insurance agent, portal admin, or leadership owner is assigned.
  3. Attach evidence. Filing confirmation, receipt, screenshot, or agency communication is stored.
  4. Release consequence. BOF shows whether dispatch, carrier onboarding, or broker approval is affected.

Bring one authority gap into BOF control.

Keep authority, filings, access, and release decisions visible before they block freight.
