Contract control
Legal & Contract Management
Motor carriers operate inside broker, shipper, equipment, owner-operator, vendor, and insurance contracts. BOF does not give legal advice; it makes contract records, renewal dates, risk terms, owners, and dispute evidence visible.

Contract Clearance Path
- Capture agreement. Current signed copy, amendment, renewal date, and owner are stored.
- Extract terms. Insurance, payment, service, claim, notice, and renewal provisions become review fields.
- Assign review. Business owner, legal reviewer, insurance agent, or finance owner gets the next action.
- Attach evidence. Approval note, revised term, notice sent, or dispute outcome stays with the record.
