Insurance Management & COI Tracking

Insurance is not just a renewal date. BOF tracks coverage, COIs, broker and shipper requirements, FMCSA filings, unit-level exposure, and claims evidence before coverage gaps create freight or payment holds.

COI and Renewal Workflow

  1. Capture requirement. Broker, shipper, contract, or government requirement is stored.
  2. Match coverage. Limits, endorsements, additional insured, waiver, and cargo terms are compared.
  3. Issue COI. Certificate request, delivery, and recipient confirmation are recorded.
  4. Escalate gap. Missing endorsement or expired policy blocks the affected release path.
