COI and Renewal Workflow
- Capture requirement. Broker, shipper, contract, or government requirement is stored.
- Match coverage. Limits, endorsements, additional insured, waiver, and cargo terms are compared.
- Issue COI. Certificate request, delivery, and recipient confirmation are recorded.
- Escalate gap. Missing endorsement or expired policy blocks the affected release path.
