Breakdown Response Workflow
- Driver notice. Driver reports location, unit, symptoms, and load impact.
- Vendor dispatch. Approved repair vendor, ETA, estimate, and spending authority are recorded.
- Load decision. Dispatch decides whether to wait, relay, rescue, or notify the customer.
- Return to service. Repair invoice, post-repair inspection, and new DVIR clear the unit.
